Jennifer McClain is an associate for the firm's transactional department. Since joining the firm in 2006, Ms. McClain's
practice is concentrated in the areas of employment law and general business transactional law. In her transactional
practice, Jennifer drafts business-related agreements and advises clients regarding contract interpretation and review. Ms.
McClain also advises employers regarding various personnel issues, including interviewing and hiring, discipline and
termination, and the development of preventive policies and procedures to avoid employment claims and litigation. Her

Ms. McClain received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics from Rutgers University and received a Juris
Doctor Degree from Western State University College of Law. Formerly, she was a Human Resources Administrator for
Neutrogena Corporation and an Affiliate Representative in Finance Services for Johnson & Johnson.
Ms. McClain is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Jennifer is a member of the
State Bar of California, the Orange County Bar Association, the Celtic Bar Association, the Orange County Women Lawyers
Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management. Jennifer is originally from New Jersey; she now resides in
Aliso Viejo, California.
